Online in 2021 and 2022

In 2021 and 2022 we moved the programme online and saw 60 participants join us each week from across the globe; representing more than 12 nationalities.

The programme is designed to be participatory and we made good use of the the Zoom breakout groups for in depth group discussions.

The company visits were redesigned and participants 'visited' each others' organisations in Japan, Peru, UK, Zimbabwe, Chile and South Africa!
